Before use, the powder is mixed with bacteriostatic water to create a solution. Following the proper steps helps ensure safety, consistency, and effectiveness for your treatment.
For successful reconstitution, cleanliness is key. Wash your hands thoroughly and make sure your workspace is sanitized. Have all the supplies recommended by your RMC provider:

If your peptide vial has been refrigerated, allow it to reach room temperature before mixing.
Clean the rubber stoppers of both the peptide vial and bacteriostatic water vial with an alcohol swab. This helps maintain sterility during preparation.
Using a sterile syringe, withdraw the recommended amount of bacteriostatic water. Slowly inject the liquid into the peptide vial, letting it run down the glass wall at an angle.
This gentle process minimizes foaming and ensures the peptide dissolves evenly.
After reconstitution, peptides should be stored in the refrigerator unless directed otherwise by your RMC provider. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing, which can reduce potency.
